Capitals Ultimate brings together the top talent from the capital cities of Ottawa and Toronto to compete in the USA Ultimate Club Series. In its 6th year, the Capitals are primed and ready for the competition with a returning core of players gaining exposure to the international scene this summer. Capitals Ultimate is a hard-working team on and off the field that is committed to the development of women’s ultimate in Ontario.
