On Saturday evening, from 4:30 to 5 p.m., (directly after games end) Philly Fusion will host the first ever Women’s Club Ultimate Trade Show! The aim of the trade show is to get women talking and connecting between the college divisions and club divisions.
Use this time to find out about club team tryouts in your area, to set up your own skills clinics, to make club teams aware of any coaching opportunities with your team, and to just generally introduce and align yourselves with the best Ultimate in your area. On the other side of things, club teams are hoping to gain some excitement and recognition as they head into the fall series and compete against one another for the 2010 Club Championship title, and would love to have your support along the way. Many teams do fan outreach through Facebook and Twitter so this is your chance to pick the teams you’re rooting for and get connected. Plus, each club team will have a fun activity planned, complete with free giveaways and prizes, so be sure to check it out — and bring your entire team!

Boston Brute Squad would like to invite everyone to participate in the OREO CHALLENGE for a chance to win limited-edition Gaia ponchos, with a grand prize of a sweet camouflage BS hat. We will also be raffling off a Patagonia Maximum-Limit Capacity travel bag (a $159 value! perfect for ultimate!) for $1 each! Come check us out and get a free Brute Squad sticker! (or two.. or three)
The Texas Showdown booth will display good ol’ Texas spirit and pride. At the Showdown booth, be ready to test your quick draw skills in a mini-tournament testing your hand-eye coordination. Players will stand back-to-back and on cue, take a step and “draw” quickly reaching for their guns and a flying disc. Last one standing gets a prize. Come on by, and we’ll show you a little Southern comfort and hospitality!
North Carolina-based Phoenix will be inviting people to play a fun game of polish horse-shoes and offering up rice crispy treats as a reward for participating. We will have a poster with team information and photos of Phoenix at tournaments. We will be giving away tie-dye bracelets and jerseys/hats to people who play and WIN our game. 
We will also be rocking out to some sweet jams and answering any questions people may have.
Blue Route, the new elite women’s team in Philly, is Hometown Philly Back Again… For our table, we are going the homegrown way. Our cutting edge screen-printed Chupacabra shirts (you have to come to find out), baked goods, an awesome workout mix and much more.
Canadian team the Capitals will be hosting none other than a capitals game! Players will have to identify the state capital for a list of USA ultimate women’s teams! We will have some awesome VC Ultimate gear for top scorers! Lookin’ forward to it!
missCONNduct, a Connecticut’s women’s club ultimate team, will be at the trade show with an info-sheet about ourselves and contact information for any players interested in potentially joining us for the 2011 club season. Veto is proud to be from DC, where the tourists roam and the black squirrels play. We want to know what you would veto, so we’ll be playing a few games to find out. Official DC tourist truck prizes will even be awarded to winners!
Without Limits Ultimate, a new initiative behind Philly Fusion and other women’s Ultimate tournaments will also be handing out stickers, flyers and information about upcoming WL tournaments. We will also be selling t-shirts, with 100% of the proceeds going towards hosting skills clinics for college women. Stop by the Breakmark table to check out the gear!
